When Priscilla Queen of the Desert officially opened on Sunday night, all eyes were on the bold, bright, and sparkly costumes. The glitz was supplied by Swarovski, who gave the production enough crystals to cover 62 costumes. Each outfit involves anywhere from 200 to 300 crystals, and one massive shoe glistens with 2,500 gems. [WWD]
