On The Fashion Show, Calvin Tran was known as a trouble-starter and a catchphrase-coiner, but he was a designer and a retailer long before he became a reality show star, opening his boutique in the year 2000. You'd think TV exposure would be good for the Mulberry Street shop, but it looks like things haven't worked out so well. A tipster sends in the photos above, of a rental sign and a legal notice announcing that the landlord has taking possession of the space. NYC the Blog speculates that the seizure was due to non-payment of rent, but they weren't able to reach anyone for comment.
