350 Bleecker Street really knows how to pick its tenants. First, decadent chocolate company Pure Dark resided in the space, and now, Jean-Michel Cazabat is gearing up to move into the vacant corner shop. Our source points out that the space is pretty massive, so hopefully the first-ever Cazabat store will be something like a gigantic shoe haven. No word on when, though, and don't count on any news from the Cazabat website—it's completely under construction.—Tiffany Yannetta
