Time Out Says These Are the 32 Most Stylish New Yorkers

For their Most Stylish New Yorkers issue, Time Out rounded up 32 stylists, designers, and other beautiful freaks to pose in their most outlandish looks. Notable characters include chef Marcus Samuelsson, bearded chocolate-makers the Mast brothers, and DJ/It Girl Becka Diamond. For the most part, though, the people on the list aren't famous. They're just the sort of expressive fashion folks who wear hats shaped like the Guggenheim Museum and say things like "This is my A Clockwork Orange look."
