Gourmet Brooklyn grocery chain Union Market sells coffee blends packaged according to local neighborhood stereotypes. The Park Slope blend has a stroller on the container, for example, while the Williamsburg blend features a Hasid and a hipster. Now that the store is coming to Houston Street, Jeremiah's Vanishing New York asks the logical question: Will we see an East Village blend?
