Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Christina Lehr's clothing line is foolproof and ridiculously simple and, for that, she deserves her own store. Her tees and dresses currently hang in places like Calypso, Steven Alan, Henry Lehr (oh yea, that's her father), Brooklyn Denim and others, but the sign tacked to 139 Reade Street indicates that she's found a place of her own. An opening date is still in the works, but in the meantime, view the clothes online and you'll see what we mean by simple—each piece per collection is broken down as either a basic, a stripe, or tie-dye (hey, why not?) As made evident by the anxious pug above, it looks like the crowd's beginning to assemble; stay tuned for further details.—Tiffany Yannetta
