Vital update to this morning's crazy legal story: Tova Gerson, the New Jersey mom who filed suit against Century 21 over 80 cents, has dropped her case. "Gerson gave no explanation in hastily filed court papers in Manhattan Federal Court," reports the New York Daily News. "Neither did her lawyer, Harry Katz." [NYDN]
