It sounds a little far-fetched, but Style.com presents us with reasons to believe that the big theme this Fashion Week is Brooklyn, home to a thousand tote bags with birds on them. For one thing, The National played the NYFW kick-off party at MAC & Milk, Lincoln Center's hipper downtown rival. Also, Bushwick pizza destination Roberta's has provided catering.
