34th Street is about to get a lot more feathers and lace. Lois Weiss at the Post reports that Victoria's Secret just negotiated a deal for a flagship superstore at 2 Herald Square. The brand already maintains a 20,000-square-foot boutique in that building, not to mention another 5,900 square feet of offices. But now, they'll be adding 30,000 square feet from the garage downstairs in a renovation that sources tell Weiss will cost a few million dollars. Among the perks of the new flagship: An in-house catwalk for runway shows.
