There's one more storefront to add to our list of retail places to watch in 2012. Yes, the Flatiron Juicy Couture is very much no more, and Sperry Top-sider is rolling up their cuffs for a spring debut. Sure, they've missed the resort season (ah hem right now), but their very first NYC location will likely be ready and waiting to strip off your socks come summer 2012.
