Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Refinery29 alerts us to a brand-new addition to the list of New York design stores that might just meet with Martha Stewart's approval. Called Maison 24, it's the first Manhattan outpost for a sibling design team who already have a shop by the same name in Bridgehampton. The two specialize in classic looks with a hint of whimsy, which means there's plenty of Fornasetti on hand. And the aesthetic carries through on their website, where you can click to find out what's behind a range of little black-and-white doors. Surely someone on your list needs sparkly red serving forks, right?
