MIDTOWN—While Rolex was busy suing a Fort Greene deli over its name, luxury watch brand Tourneau was working on something much more worthwhile: Installing the world's largest ball of mistletoe. The ornament measures somewhere between five and six feet in diameter and hands from the ceiling in the brand's 3000-square-foot space on Madison Avenue. Tourneau hopes it will become a city landmark on par with the Rockefeller Center tree. [RackedWire]
NEW YORK—Lanvin Petite, the label's children's collection, just hit stores around the world. In a way, this is a return to Lanvin's roots, as Jeanne Lanvin's first collection was made up of dresses for little girls. The line isn't just available at Lanvin locations: Kisan Concept Store in Soho is carrying it as well. [RackedWire]
