Fear not shoppers, retailers, and those looking for free booze: Fashion's Night Out is officially confirmed for next year. Though there were rumors a few months ago that the hoopla had possibly seen its day, WWD reports that it's coming back, and most likely, with a vengeance.
There's still the issue of whether it will be on the 6th, the 13th, or on some other day, since the Fashion Week scheduling conflict that's currently happening between New York, London, Milan, and Paris is definitely still a thing. CFDA CEO Steven Kolb explains, "Fashion's Night Out has become an important event for the industry, and after each FNO, we look back and reflect on the participation and activity." But whether it's an important event or not kind of depends on who you ask: Some people love it, and some definitely don't.
