Your Guide to the Whopping 34 Sample Sales This Week

Sample sale season continues full-bore ahead this week with another 34 sales. This time, the highlights include Diane von Furstenberg, which kicks off at 260 Fifth this Tuesday. (It always contains great deals, but if it's not a madhouse on launch day we'll eat a wrap dress.) Brooklyn girls and the Manhattanites who dress like them will want to check out Rachel Comey on Thursday, now in a larger downtown location. And dedicated followers of fashion should save their money for Saturday, when Proenza Schouler takes major markdowns a selection of unsold stock that includes pieces from the fall 2011 collection.
