EAST VILLAGE—The gentlemen of Gilt's Park & Bond are cultivating their mustaches for Movember, the month-long event in which guys sprout upper-lip fuzz to raise money for men's health issues. This past Tuesday, they met at The Blind Barber for a shave-off so that they could all begin the growing process with the same level of stubble. Our sister site has pictures. [Racked National]
THE INTERNET—Eater NY points us to this Funny or Die spoof of Lady Gaga's dad's new restaurant. Nicola Formichetti would be proud: According to the faux Yelp reviews, crazy headpieces will be accepted in lieu of credit cards, and the suggested attire is "hooker casual." One diner, though, isn't satisfied: "Our male slaves were uncomfortable to sit on and I'm pretty sure my friend's calzone had eyelashes." [Funny or Die]
