Ted Baker has just signed a lease for a brand new flagship at 595 Fifth Avenue at 48th Street. TheRealDeal says that the lease is for 12,000 square feet of space in the five-story building that used to house Sprint. It's a little unclear how much of those five floors will be actual retail space, however, but since it's a pretty coveted corner in Midtown, we're imagining no fewer than three.

Ted Baker recently launched men's shops in Bloomingdale's Soho and in Midtown, and the brand already has two other stores in the city, in the high foot-traffic areas of Meatpacking and Soho. Founder and CEO Ray Kelvin says they'll turning the space into "a truly stunning and imaginative store."
