A personal injury lawyer is suing Setai Club & Spa Wall Street over their breakfast policy. Richard Katz says the gym used to serve "a full-blown hotel breakfast," but "they mucked it all up." When he complained, they kicked him out, and now he's suing for over half a million dollars. That kind of money could really buy a lot of scrambled eggs. [NYDN]
