A Brooklyn Paper reporter went to Chicago to investigate "SmallMarts", the scaled-down stores WalMart might be bringing to NYC. The shops are around the size of a large Walgreens, and they sell Walgreens-like conveniences, but they'll also order bigger-ticket items like electronics and bedding for customers to pick up in-store.
