Like many a young designer, Jason Wu started out with a fantasy of seeing his label in Bergdorf Goodman. The department store began carrying Wu's clothing four years ago, but now it's gone far beyond his early dreams by creating a third-floor space entirely dedicated to his line. Wu debuted the new spot on Wednesday morning with a breakfast and trunk show. “We now carry everything from a sweater to eveningwear," he told WWD, which also notes that this is the first place where you can find Wu's ready-to-wear and handbags. A Bergdorf rep tells the paper that Wu has an incredibly broad appeal, which probably explains why they've already restocked the section three times.
