Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Opening Ceremony just keeps growing. The Soho flagship has taken over an apartment on the second floor of 35 Howard, adding another 2000 square feet of space. The new shop, one flight up from the mezzanine, carries Mugler, Proenza Schouler, and Alexander Wang, among other designers. It's also got more room for sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, and other accessories, and, best of all, an indie magazine library housed in what was once the apartment's kitchen. The functional cooking space isn't the only design gimmick—there's also a series of 13-foot-tall legs hanging from the ceiling.
