This afternoon, Apple plans to hold a celebrate of the life of Steve Jobs at its headquarters in Cupertino. During the three-hour memorial, all Apple stores, including the four Manhattan stores, will close to customers. Staffers at the Soho and Upper West Side locations told us that the closing should last from noon to 3pm, after which it's business as usual. This is the third memorial for Jobs; it comes after aprivate funeral on October 7 and a larger event for friends, co-workers, and industry colleagues last Sunday.
