Our anonymous department store correspondent explains how her escort customer was able to wear and return a pair of Christian Louboutin heels, as detailed in this week's Retail Diaries. "Loubs come with an extra pair of 'taps' which are the bottoms of the stiletto. They can be swapped before return.
