City Room interviews Detective Rick Lee, the well-dressed Zuccotti Park police officer who's become known as "the hipster cop" for his glasses and skinny ties. It's no accident that Lee looks so dapper: He gets his suits hand-tailored by a friend at Ralph Lauren. "I’m into fashion, always have been," he explains. And although he's not supposed to wear skinny jeans on-duty, he does wear them off the job. But he might not be quite as Williamsburg as he seems. "I’m not a blog guy," he says, "so I haven’t really seen a lot of the hipster mentions." [City Room]
