Roberto Cavalli is taking over the Upper East Side home of famous French bistro Le Bilboquet, according to the Post. The restaurant plans to close in March, after which the landlord will perform renovations, handing it over to Cavalli in June 2012. The paper isn't sure what this means for Cavalli's flagship around the corner at 63rd and Madison, but given that the brand just invested so much time (and presumably money) into giving the space a makeover, it seems likely that they won't close it quite yet.
