Real Housewife Jill Zarin and her husband Bobby want to focus on the fabric side of their business, so they're looking for a tenant to take over the retail space on the ground floor of their iconic LES building. The Zarins told Daily Intel that they're looking for someone to complement, not compete with, their business, and that they're open to anything, including a restaurant. And they're open to working together with the newcomers: "They might want to become partners with us and call it Zarin Café and run the business." No matter who comes in, though, the Zarin-branded awnings aren't going anywhere. Jill says the store is too much of a landmark to give those up.
