Every year, Ricky's NYC takes a little trip out of Manhattan and temporarily pops up on Flatbush in Park Slope just in time for Halloween. But now, things seem to be a little bit more steady. As reported by Brownstoner, Ricky's is now calling Park Slope their permanent home, with their latest digs located at 478 Bergen Street at Flatbush.
Now, instead of trekking to the city to get their fix of glitter nail polish, two-tone weaves, and every adult bedroom toy under the sun, Park Slopers can stay local and check out the newest Ricky's NYC venture, sharing the same address as Pintchik's, Park Slope's discount hardware store. That means Flatbush now has side-by-side locations where you can buy two variations on an electronic drill. Just sayin'.—Yale Breslin
