Sixteen Duane Reade employees are suing their employer for allegedly videotaping them in the bathroom. According to the suit, the chain's Maspeth warehouse has surveillance devices hidden in the air ducts. Duane Reade has denied the allegations and intends to put up a defense in court. [NYDN]
