New York is set to lose its status as America's only city with a Topshop this Spring, when a new 30,000 square foot outpost will open in downtown Chicago. The British retailer has looked into expanding on the West Coast, in Miami and Las Vegas, and even opening a second Manhattan location, but with a penchant for maxi dresses and men's hats, we're surprised they didn't go to Los Angeles second.
