She's back, and from the printed look of it, it's as though she never left.
Jane Mayle, owner of the beloved eponymous shop whose closing still bums everyone out, is now in full pop-up mode with her fall '10 collection Kamikaze Full of Love inside the Sigerson Morrison Laboratory Boutique on the Upper East Side.
Comprised of printed blouses that scream autumn, flowy, vintage-style dresses and a tote that will instantly make you the most stylish person on your flight, the designer describes the 30-piece collection as her "wardrobe of right now", and after taking a look at collection, we can't blame her.
Mayle collaborated directly with Sigerson Morrison on footwear set to launch in-store next week, and from the fringed boot sketch floating around the web, it's bound to be as lustworthy as those blouses.
And, speaking of blouses, prices are rumored to be around $520 for dresses. a bit less for tops, and around $800 for jackets. But with these first come, first served, much loved duds, it wouldn't be surprising if they fly off the shelves, regardless of price.
