When Bay Ridge bridal shop Sposabella Couture burned down last night, owner Alice Sena couldn't think about anything but her clients. Ignoring warnings from firefighters, she plunged into the still-smoking wreckage and hauled out some 200 gowns. "I ran up the stairs," she told the Post. "They kept trying to stop me. We grabbed them all and got them out. I saved the dresses for the brides. I saved them for the girls." Now that's customer service. [NYP]
