Today in shows: Monday's going to culminate in a bang with the Marc Jacobs show at the Armory on Lexington and 25th (8pm). But before that, we'll see coverage and Tweets pouring in from shows like Diesel Black Gold (noon at Pier 92 and always a circus), Donna Karan Collection (2pm at 711 Greenwich Street), and Betsey Johnson (6pm at Lincoln Center; also a circus.)
Today in events: Just because FNO's over doesn't mean Fashion Week has given up on entertaining the public. The Bon Appétit cafe opened inside Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center yesterday and it looks like the food will be as good as the people-watching. Further afield, the Maybelline/CVS Pop-Up Beauty Retreat is offering makeovers, giveaways, and expert advice at 1701 Broadway at 54th Street.
