Besides the world's fluffiest red dress, the other jaw-dropping items at Christian Siriano's show yesterday were the seriously alien-looking shoes that will eventually, in some form, be for sale at Payless. If you're into shiny, rope-banded platforms and wavy shoes with pick-up-sticks heels that will surely ensue subway staring, cross all your fingers that when these hit shelves, they won't be watered down into multicolored kitten heels. Now if only someone would make a cheaper version of that prom poofer, we'd be set. [NY Mag]
