Just when you thought tourist season was over, here's some news that might make navigating to the bottom of Manhattan more worth it. Hoping to cash in on the discount shopping droves that trek downtown for Century 21, T.J. Maxx is now looking into opening a new shop in the Financial District, at 14 Wall Street. Only a five minute walk from the beloved-by-tourists bargain department store, the new T.J. Maxx location could also be a behemoth, potentially taking up to 30,000 square feet of shop space. Also able to fill that gigantic new store? Century 21's crazy, packed crowds. Please. Take some of them. [NY Post]
