H&M has been teasing fashion fans all week with a series of black-and-white videos hinting at the label behind their next designer collaboration. As of yesterday, the best guesses included Carolina Herrera and Tomas Maier of Bottega Veneta, but the latest rumor has it that the big name on the collab might be Lanvin. WWD points out that some of the statements in the videos—e.g. "Design is very important because it actually brings dream to our life"—sound like they could only come from Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz. Their sources suggest the project will be unveiled within a week, while the H&M videos hype the date September 9, presumably for the big reveal.
