Upper West Side complex Columbus Square just added another store to its roster. Residents already share the building with Whole Foods and Sephora, but soon they'll be able to furnish their apartments from housewares chain HomeGoods. Crain's points out that this is an odd time for HomeGoods to open, since the decor industry is still hurting, but parent company TJX clearly has confidence in the location—they've opened a TJ Maxx there last fall.
