High-end sample sale websites and second-hand stores might have a lot more in common than you thought, or were at least led to believe. Cartier is suing online sample sale website HauteLook for a honkin' $2 million dollars over watches they are selling as new that are believed to be secondhand. Fashionista has unearthed some court documents on the matter and more details, and as the first big-time web sample sale lawsuit, this one could be a doozy. [Racked National via Fashionista]
