Get those tote bags ready, because Trader Joe's is (officially!) about to take over a new corner of town. The Upper West Side location of Manhattan's beloved grocery will open on September 20th, just three short weeks from now. Although the website remains mum about its "coming soon" date and rumors had pointed to October or November, signs in the window are proclaiming its early fall opening. Added bonus: The days of shopping a non-miserable Union Square TJ's are near, downtown Manhattanites. Just wait! [The Shophound]
