Today's Post reports that Planet Hollywood is ending its long reign at 1540 Broadway. Obviously, this is earthshaking news, but what's even more dramatic is that the space sits directly next to the new Forever 21—and that the fast-fashion brand's rival H&M is one of the companies eying the property. H&M already has a store at 42nd and Fifth Avenue, but that's full blocks away. According to the Post, Nike is also sweet on the spot.
