Starting September 1st, the company is selling $3 OC Candygrams, or personalized cards with lollipops that you can order for friends, family or a crush. MONTAUK— This past weekend, Paul Arrouet proposed to his longtime girlfriend, fashion heiress and Dylan's Candy Bar owner Dylan Lauren. Ways in which the stars are like us: In keeping with traditional proposals, Paul popped the question on the beach at sunset with dozens of roses. Ways in which the stars are not like us: Dylan's future husband spelled out "You are my 'It' Girl" with candy bars. Strange, considering "it" girl generally refers to "girl of the moment" rather than "lifelong partner," but we assume he was referencing the messages on candy hearts rather than fashion lingo.
