93 Mercer Street will have barely a month to recover after hosting the Alexander Wang sale before getting trampled by shoppers again. Online shoes-and-more shop Piperlime plans to touch down at the space for a full 25 days this fall, bringing brands Marc by Marc Jacobs and Frye—and exclusive designs from 7 For All Mankind, AG Adriano Goldschmied, and Cynthia Vincent—to the corner of Mercer and Spring.

The pop-up, Piperlime's first-ever brick-and-mortar store, will kick off September 9 to coincide with the opening day of Fashion Week, so off course there's a Fashion's Night Out tie-in, and it's a doozy: Rachel Zoe and the cast of Project Runway will both be hanging out in-house till 11pm. Zoe plans to offer up styling advice, while the Project Runway contestants will be posing for photos and promoting a tote bag they designed for Piperlime.
