Sad news: You're too late to attend the "Free Lindsay" rally held by Beach Bum Tanning Salon. At noon today, the salon, which claims to have "kept the Lohan family bronzed for over a decade," tied a ribbon around its building at 7th Avenue and 24th Street. Apparently, this isn't the first time they've tried this kind of gimmick: Back in 2007 they held a similar rally for Paris Hilton. We're sure both ladies appreciate the emotional support.
