UGG is set to open a flagship store on Madison Avenue at 58th Street this November, giving tourists something to keep their feet warm in while waiting in line for Abercrombie and Fitch. Occupying space in a building that housed Tiffany & Co.'s headquarters, the brand will fill their 2,600 square foot outpost with their various fuzzy sheepskin accessories and shoewear. The boot company only took a portion of the free corner space, and with 6,900 square feet still available on the ground floor, one can only hope their next door neighbor is just as cozy. -Carlye Wisel
