When we swung by the incoming Lanvin boutique at 815 Madison Avenue yesterday, maintenance people were sitting outside the huge five-floor space. They told us all they had left were touch-ups before the store opens "some time Wednesday." Through the doors, we could see white walls and some dresses on the upper floors calling our name. This will be the first New York store for the respected French brand, which recently debuted locations in Bal Harbor and Las Vegas. Check back here for reports as we keep stalking Madison Avenue till it opens.—Joann Pan
