Blog Through This

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

WWD talked to Courtney Love about the impetus behind her new fashion blog, What Courtney Wore Today. As often happens with Courtney, though, the explanation doesn't necessarily make anything more clear. The blog is "a social experiment" run by Love and three co-conspirators known only as T, L, and X, the latter of whom is so secretive that not even Love knows his real name. T is a "third- or fourth-row junior Tavi" employed by Love's management company, and L works for a fashion magazine. They've got complete access to the images on Love's computer, and she sends them daily photos of her outfits. Is it weird that we're kind of jealous? [WWD]
