MEATPACKING DISTRICT—Poor Levi's. All they want to do is hang a tiny sign on their planned W.14th Street store, but they're going to have to go through the Landmarks Preservation Committee for permission. [GVSHP]
THE BOWERY—Eva New York, which specializes in expensive, experimental womenswear, has just kicked off its first collaboration. Eva owner Stephanie Pappas teamed up with Tillary Taymour of LA clothing line Collina Strada on a webby cut-leather scarf (small: $135, large: $175.) The scarf is available at the boutique and online, and it should be followed shortly by womenswear and more accessories. [Racked Inbox]
