Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Today's Street Scenes subject is Rify, shot on Greene Street between Broome and Spring Streets in Soho. Feel free to vote on whether you like or dislike his outfit below. Your choices are 'Perfection!,' 'So close,' 'I feel strangely ambivalent about it,' or 'Who did this to you?'

Rify is wearing a cardigan and shirt from Goodwill and boots from Beacon's Closet. He bought his sunglasses on St. Mark's Place, his necklace at Gem Story in Union Square, and his ring at Topshop. His bag is from Kill Shop Kill and the Salvation Army in Gramercy is his favorite store.
