SOHO—Luscious NYC has been selling lingerie on Prince Street just off the Bowery for a little while now, but this Thursday they're throwing an official opening party. Stop by between 6pm and 10pm to shop, snack, and see what the store's swimwear looks like on live models. [Previously; Racked Inbox]

COBBLE HILL—Brokelyn reports that Baltic Bazaar Thrift has been priced right off Atlantic Avenue. Why this is especially sad: Baltic Bazaar is run by the Baltic Street Mental Health Board and offers jobs for the mentally ill. There's a slight upside, though, at least for DIY enthusiasts. While the store is still around, all of its high-end fabric will be at least 50% off. Brokelyn estimates that the sale should be on roughly through the end of the month. [Brokelyn]
