Chelsea locals might be excited about the incoming Trader Joe's on Sixth Avenue, but it seems like the union doesn't share their enthusiasm. Just in from the Tweet-line: "Chelsea Trader Joe's not open yet and there's already a rat outside." Note, by the way, that the building finally has signs up, meaning the project is inching closer to completion, labor problems or no.
