A Continuous Lean runs an eight-word post about buying a $109 notebook, and all hell breaks loose in the comments section. Sample comment: "Quite seriously, how do you justify spending $109 for a notebook when the per capita GDP for all of Burkina Faso is ~$500?" Then someone brings up drowning babies, and the whole thing turns into the menswear equivalent of "Found: boy's hat". [ACL]
