Just in time for the leisurely long weekend shopping, womenswear boutique 25 Park will be opening its MePa outpost tomorrow. The new boutique on Washington between Horatio and Gansevoort is replacing the designer lifestyle shop Auto, which closed its doors this past February after a decade. Post-renovations, the new 25 Park boutique will feature chandeliers and “a mix of clean lines with monochromatic schemes, and industrial hardware indicative of its location's past.” (Hm....) 25 Park describes its offerings as running “the gamut between bohemian, classic and trendy. The boutique represents a woman’s dream closet...every item in here is a piece."
A rundown of the womenswear brands carried by the boutique include: Elizabeth and James, Haute Hippie, Gryphon and Hanii Y. There will also be children’s wear on tap including Cacharel and Eberjay and come Fall, Rick Owens Lillies will be introduced into the mix. 25 Park already has locations on the Upper East Side, the Hamptons, Malibu, California and Deal, New Jersey, so this outpost should fit right into the MePa crowds—although the target demo will probably be shopping in one of the already established locales this holiday weekend.
